Goals help us plan for the future and are a way for us to make our dreams come true. In this program, you will learn how to set goals and also how to work towards those goals at the right pace for you.
The Conquer Your Goals Program is a six-week course with modules released weekly, including exercises and activities to help with setting and attaining goals. We will also have two one-hour group calls to answer questions and address any challenges that may arise.
You can also add private coaching calls if desired.
